This project was my first commercial interior project so this was a learning curve for me. The restaurant's name was Le Douillet and was located in central Norwich, right next to St Andrews Church. 

The brief for this project was to create an intimate and cosy retreat from the busy streets of the Norwich. I started by taking inspiration from a painting called 'A Rainy Evening in Paris' by Luigi Loir as I adored the way the painting represented light, this is something I incorporated into my own design through the use of artificial lighting.

The end result was a traditional style French restaurant with impactful lighting features and decadent detailing.
